This Part provides for the registration of radiation machine facilities, and establishes requirements for use of x-ray equipment by or under the supervision of an individual authorized by and licensed in accordance with State statutes to engage in the healing arts or veterinary medicine. The provisions of this Part are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of this rule.
