Section 144-220-D-M-2209 - Reports of leaking or contaminated sealed sources

The licensee or registrant shall file a report within five days with the Agency if the test for leakage or contamination required pursuant to D.1310 indicates a sealed source is leaking or contaminated. The report shall include the equipment involved, the test results and the corrective action taken.
