Section 144-220-B-12 - Public Disclosure of Enforcement Actions

In accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, all enforcement actions and licensees' responses are publicly available for inspection. In addition, press releases are generally issued for civil penalties and orders. In the case of orders and civil penalties related to violations at Severity Level I, II, or III, press releases are issued at the time of the order or the proposed imposition of the civil penalty. Press releases are not normally issued for Notices of Violation.
