Section 144-206-4-A - Life Safety Code Requirements1 In order to have a license for an eating and lodging, or lodging establishment, the establishment shall be in compliance with the appropriate chapter(s) of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. The applicant may be required to submit verification from the State Fire Marshal's office confirming the applicant is in compliance with the appropriate chapter of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code.
