Section 144-206-2-E - Guest Toilet/Bath Facilities1 Baths, lavatories, and toilets shall be provided and conveniently located for each room or unit.2 Fixtures shall be cleaned and disinfected after each check-out.3 Rooms equipped with showers shall be provided with hot and cold water under pressure.4 During same stay occupancy, fixtures should be cleaned daily and disinfected at least every three days.10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 206, § 2-E
