Section 144-206-13-E - Ceasing Operations and Reporting1 A license holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the Department if an imminent health hazard may exist, including circumstances that may endanger public health.2 A license holder need not discontinue operations in an area of an establishment that is unaffected by the imminent health hazard.3 The Department may, should conditions warrant, demand that an establishment close if conditions exist that constitute conditions that may endanger public health.10- 144 C.M.R. ch. 206, § 13-E
