Section 144-126-3.D - Suspension or Revocation of License3.D.1. The Department may recommend suspension or revocation of any license issued, pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. c. 412. § 2041 and § 2042, for violation of applicable laws and rules committing, permitting, aiding or abetting any illegal practices in the operation of the provider or conduct or practices detrimental to the welfare of persons to whom ESRD services are provided.3.D.2. When the Department believes that a license should be suspended or revoked, it shall file a complaint with the Administrative Court in accordance with Title 4 M.R.S.A., §§1151et seq. or the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5 M.R.S.A. §10051et seq.3.D.3.
