Section 144-125-2.C - Term of LicensesLicenses shall be issued for the following terms:
2.C.1. Full licenses shall be issued annually for a period of twelve months.2.C.2. The Conditional licenses shall be issued for a specific period, not to exceed one year, or the remaining period of the previous full license, whichever the Department determines appropriate based on the laws and rules violated.2.C.3. Regardless of the term of the license, the Department shall monitor for continued compliance with applicable laws and rules on at least an annual basis.10-144 C.M.R. ch. 125, § 2.C
