Subsection 144-104-4.01 - AUTHORITY

This benefit is authorized by, and these regulations are issued under, the authority of 22 M.R.S.A. §254-D. The Commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services has delegated the responsibility for administration of the benefit to the Office of Maine Care Services.
