Subsection 144-104-3.13 - FRAUD OR ABUSEA. The State of Maine administers the Maine Rx Plus Benefit and participating pharmacies and participants are subject to Maine statutes pertaining to fraud.B. All provisions relating to fraud and abuse and related sanctions outlined in Chapter 104, Section 1 of the Maine State Services Manual are applicable.C.
