Subsection 144-101-III-67-14 - REIMBURSEMENT METHOD14.1Principle. Nursing care facilities will be reimbursed for services provided to members based on a rate which the Department establishes on a prospective basis and determines is reasonable and adequate to meet the costs which must be incurred by an efficiently and economically operated facility in order to provide care and services in conformity with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations and quality and safety standards.14.2 Nursing facilities costs will be rebased by the Department every two years beginning July 1, 2014.
