Subsection 144-101-II-30.05 - NON-COVERED SERVICES

MaineCare reimbursement shall be made only for those family planning counseling, instruction and medical services which are provided directly to the member.

A. Infertility Treatment is not a covered service.

B. Reimbursement for abortion services may be made only when special criteria are met. See Section 90, "Physician Services".
