Subsection 144-101-II-102.09 - REIMBURSEMENT

The amount of payment for services will be the lowest of the following:

A. the appropriate amount listed in the Chapter III, Section 102, "Allowances for Rehabilitative Services;"; or

B. the amount allowed by the Medicare carrier.
