Section 137-20-04 - ELIGIBILITY

1. A person who has been convicted of violating the conditions or authorizations of any state or federal fish and wildlife taxidermy permit or who has failed to submit the reports required by any previous taxidermy license is not eligible to apply for or renew a taxidermy license.
