Section 096-587-12 - New activities in state waters

Any activity altering the flow or water level of classified state waters that requires a new or reissued regulatory permit from the Department or the Land Use Regulation Commission, as of the effective date of this chapter, will be regulated according to the flow and water level requirements in this chapter. An Alternative Water Flow or Alternative Water Level may be incorporated in any new or reissued regulatory permit.
