Section 071-122-2 - DEFINITIONS1.Department. "Department" means the Maine Department of Education 2.Fund. "Fund" means the Fund for the Efficient Delivery of Educational Services, created in Title 20-AM.R.S. chapter 114-A and governed by this rule.3.Innovative, autonomous public school.
