Subsection 071-119-3.1 - Petition for Adjudicatory Proceeding

Any person whose application for the issuance, renewal or extension of a certificate authorized by 20-A MRSA Chapter 502 has been tentatively denied by the Commissioner may initiate an adjudicatory proceeding by filing a written petition with the Department within 30 days of the date of the notice of opportunity for hearing.
