Subsection 071-119-1.2 - Scope of Rule

This rule shall govern administrative proceedings in which an applicant who has been tentatively denied the issuance, renewal or extension of a certificate authorized under 20-A MRSA Chapter 502 (certification of educational personnel) appeals that tentative denial to the Commissioner.
