Section 071-115-I-2 - Applicability1. This rule applies to school administrative units, private schools approved pursuant to 20-A M.R.S. §2901(2)(B), career and technical education regions as defined by 20-A M.R.S §8301-A(6), regional sites operated by the Child Development Services State IEU and education services centers as defined by 20-A M.R.S. §3801(1)(B).2. Notwithstanding Section 2.1 above, Sections 4.2, 4.3 (A, B), and 8.1 of this rule apply to all approved private schools under 20-A M.R.S. §2901 and § 2907.05-071 C.M.R. ch. 115, § I-2
