Section 658-201-7 - Plant OperatorPlant Operator means a person licensed by the Propane and Natural Gas Board with the Plant Operator endorsement. This person is permitted to perform the following tasks:
(1) Fill and remove propane from railroad cars, tractor trailers, trucks, transports or bobtails as required; (2) Fill and remove propane from storage containers, and repair propane storage containers as needed including valves and gauges; and (3) Perform requalification testing on storage tanks as necessary.02-658 C.M.R. ch. 201, § 7
