Both the consultant social worker and the consultee shall promptly notify the board within 10 days of the termination of a consultancy prior to full completion. The consultee shall immediately engage a replacement consultant and provide evidence of the new arrangement for consultation to the board as soon as practicable but no later than 10 days of the date of the agreement to provide consultation.
