Section 392-2-9-3 - Additional Qualifications The board will consider the following additional factors in determining the applicant's eligibility for registration as a rural health center:
1. The applicant's past experience in the dispensation of prescription drugs;2. The furnishing by the applicant of false or fraudulent material in any application made in connection with the dispensation of prescription drugs;3. Suspension or revocation by federal, state or local government of any license currently or previously held by the applicant for the dispensation of prescription drugs;4. Compliance with previously granted licenses of any kind; and5. Compliance with the requirements to maintain and/or to make available to the board or to federal, state or local law enforcement officials those records required to be maintained by rural health centers.02-392 C.M.R. ch. 2, § 9-3
