Section 380-5-6 - Fraud or Deceit in Obtaining a Certificate of Training

An individual who practices fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate of training as a nursing assistant shall not be eligible for listing on the MAINE REGISTRY OF CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS and DIRECT CARE WORKERS.
