Initial and follow-up instruction and patient evaluation in a non-hospital setting" includes any explanation, and/or teaching regarding the use of equipment prescribed for a therapeutic purpose as it relates to an individual's clinical condition. It does not include delivery of any equipment prescribed for the patient, set up of the equipment, or explanation of the mechanical workings of the equipment.
