Section 322-2-9 - Licensure Obligations1. Licensees doing business with the public as a Professional Engineer must post the license in a location that is accessible to the public.2. Licensees shall notify the Board of any change of address within 10 business days.3. Licensees shall notify the Board of any criminal conviction within 30 days of final adjudication.4. Licensees shall notify the Board of any discipline in any other jurisdiction within 30 days of final action.
