Section 322-2-1 - Definitions1. The term "Act" refers to Title 32, Chapter 19, Maine Revised Statutes Annotated ( 32M.R.S.A. Section1251et seq.).2. The term "Board" has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1251(1) of the Act.3. The term "Professional Engineer" has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1251(4) of the Act. The term "practice of Professional Engineering" has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1251(3) of the Act.
4. The term "Approved Engineering Curricula" means those curricula accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology or approved by the Board.5. "Code of Ethics," means the MAINE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS CODE OF ETHICS set forth in Section 14 of these Rules.
