Section 280-3-2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR EXAMINATIONA. A candidate is eligible to take the examination without waiting until the candidate meets the experience requirements set forth in Chapter 5, Section 4 of the board's rules, provided the candidate meets the requirements of 32 M.R.S. §12228(3) and these rules.
