Section 070-4-4 - EXEMPTION

In order to qualify as an applicant under 32 M.R.S.A. §4906(2) for exemption, an individual:

A. Shall have a completed application on file with the Board;

B. Shall have not taken and failed the certification examination; and

C. Shall take the examination for certification within one year of application approval by the Board.
