Section 041-11-2 - Late Renewal Within 90 Days of Expiration1. A licensee who applies for renewal after expiration of the license but within 90 days of expiration shall pay a late renewal fee of $50. The license will be issued as of the date of late renewal and will not be retroactive to the expiration of the prior license.2. The licensee is considered to have been unlicensed from the date of expiration to the date of late renewal.3. A licensee who applies for renewal within 90 days after expiration and pays the $50 late renewal fee will not be subject to disciplinary action by the licensing authority for unlicensed practice during the period of nonlicensure.
