Section 041-32-3 - Renewal of LicenseA.Expiration. All licenses issued under this Chapter expire 3 years from the date of issuance.B.Eligibility for Renewal. Applications for renewal of a license governed by this Chapter must be on a form provided by the Board and must be accompanied by the fee established by the Director.
