Section 041-3-1 - Agenda for MeetingsA. The Department shall prepare an agenda for all meetings of the Board. The agenda must include business requiring consideration or action by the Board. The agenda must also include business items requested by Board members, provided that the Department receives the request at least 10 business days before the meeting. The Department shall send the agenda to the members of the Board at least 7 business days before the meeting.B. The Board may consider business not included on the agenda if a majority of the Board members present votes affirmatively to consider the item.
