Section 041-27-3-15 - Publication of Admissions and Eligibility Requirements1. School requirements for initial admission and transfer, and general eligibility for continuing enrollment, shall be clearly stated and made available, in writing, to each prospective student prior to enrollment.2. Applicants for enrollment shall be informed, in writing, of the financial obligations he or she is undertaking upon enrollment at the school, the content and expectations of the course of study, attendance requirements, standards of student conduct (academic and general conduct), and the names and qualifications of instructors.02-041 C.M.R. ch. 27, § 3-15
