This rule is promulgated pursuant to 24 M.R.S.A. §2317; 24-A M.R.S.A. §§12-A, 212, 231(5), 417, 797, 3423, 3424, 4351 - 4407, 6104, 6714, 6718, and 7111; and 39-A M.R.S.A. §§403(3)(C)(6), 403(3)(E), 403(4-A)(A), and 403(8)(C).
