This Rule shall be effective January 1, 1991. The 1996 Amendments shall be effective December 1, 1996. The 2012 Amendments shall be effective November 3, 2012, except that any required changes to contract forms shall apply to policies, contracts, and certificates executed, delivered or issued for delivery, continued, or renewed in this State on or after January 1, 2013.
The 2014 Amendments shall be effective _____ , 2014.
