Section 031-270-10 - Prohibited solicitation practicesIn any advertisement or solicitation of a person eligible for Medicare by reason of age to apply for a Medicare supplement policy, no insurer, agent, or broker shall:
(A) represent or imply that the policy, insurer, agent, or broker is sponsored by or affiliated with the Federal Government, the Medicare Program, or the Social Security Administration; or(B) use any title or initials which represent or imply that the policy, insurer, agent, or broker is affiliated with or sponsored by the Federal Government, the Medicare Program, or the Social Security Administration.02-031 C.M.R. ch. 270, § 10
