Prior to December 31, 1992, the new standards set forth in this Rule will apply only to those insurers who elect in writing to use these standards. All others will be subject to the previously existing standards. The new standards will be effective for all insurers on December 31, 1992. The 2006 amendments will be effective December 24, 2006. The 2022 amendments will be effective August 2, 2022.
