Section 029-240-3 - DEFINITIONS

Unless the context otherwise indicates, any word or phrase used herein that is defined in 9-A M.R.S. shall have the meaning set forth in 9-A M.R.S., and any word or phrase that is not defined in 9-A M.R.S. but that is defined in 12 C.F.R. Part 10261 or 12 C.F.R. Part 20132 shall have the meaning set forth in those federal regulations.
