Section 017-7-37 - Recall

1. The Starter/Patrol Judge may sound a recall for the following reasons only:

A. A horse scores ahead of the gate.

B. There is interference.

C. A horse has broken equipment.

D. A horse falls before the word "Go" is given.

E. A horse refuses to come to the gate before the gate reaches the pole 1/8 of a mile before the start.

F. Malfunction of the starting gate.

G. A horse comes to the gate out of position.
