Section 015-6-3 - Other Means of Investigation

It is the intent of the Commission that this chapter shall not limit the authority to investigate the business of producers, dealers, stores and other persons conferred on the Commission by all provisions of the Milk commission Law, 7 M.R.S.A. §2951 et other than that specifically identified below as constituting the statutory authority for this chapter
