Section 015-11-2 - APPLICABILITY

The requirements of this chapter shall apply to any dealer and any subdealer who operates a milk processing plant or who is located in the State of Maine and who delivers 20,000 pounds or more per month of milk products the price of which is regulated by the Maine Milk Commission
