This rule applies to licensed Maine milk dealers processing in excess of three million pounds of milk annually, to wit:

| Hancock County Creamery, Ellsworth | NF & JC Schoppee Dairy, Machias |
| Hemond's Dairy, Minot | Smiley's Dairy, Winslow |
