Section I-333 - Charitable Organizations, Youth Groups and Schools; Fee WaiversA. In lieu of recreational basic fishing and recreational saltwater fishing licenses the secretary may issue a letter of waiver of fees for fishing to members of bona fide charitable organizations, youth groups or schools. For the purpose of hunting, the secretary may issue a letter of waiver of license fees for hunting to members of bona fide charitable organizations, youth groups or schools who meet all other legal requirements to obtain a hunting license, which will include basic hunting, deer, turkey, Louisiana duck license and WMA access permit.B. Evidence of such status shall be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the secretary.C. Each letter authorizing a waiver of fees under this provision shall be valid for a period not to exceed three consecutive days.La. Admin. Code tit. 76, § I-333
