Section I-303 - Declaration of Maximum State Tax RevenueA. Within six months after the close of the previous fiscal year, the state treasurer shall declare maximum state tax revenue for the year then ended, by a letter addressed to the commissioner of administration, the president of the Senate and the speaker of the House of Representatives of the Louisiana State Legislature.La.
