Section XIX-149 - Interference; Penalty

A. If a person, firm, corporation, business, union, or other organization prevents or interferes with a contractor's or subcontractor's compliance with any rule adopted under this program or submits false or fraudulent information to the state concerning compliance with this program or any rule or violates this Chapter or any rule adopted under this Chapter, the person or entity shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 in addition to any other penalty or sanction prescribed by law.
