Section XIX-139 - Response to ComplaintA. No SDBE shall be decertified based upon a complaint, without first having an opportunity to respond to the complaint. However, failure of the SDBE to respond to notification of the complaint within 20 calendar days of mailing of notice from the safety programs section may result in decertification.La. Admin.
