Section VII-301 - Effect on Onshore Air QualityA. In considering the effect on air quality of a project or activity, the Authority shall examine whether the project or activity has a significant effect on onshore air quality in the State of Louisiana through consideration of compliance with applicable National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) through air quality modeling based on the project or activity's location, projected operations, and potential emission rates.La.
