Section II-1917 - Bypassing SewageA. When required for acceptable completion of the pipe bursting/crushing process, the permittee shall provide for continuous sewage flow around the section(s) of pipe designated for the installation of replacement pipe.B. The pump bypass lines shall be of adequate capacity and size to handle the flow.C. Bypass pumping shall be considered incidental to the installation of the replacement pipe.La. Admin.
