Section XXXIX-1111 - PurposeA. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry adopts the following regulations for the purpose of implementing the provisions of R.S. 33:1236(31)(b)(iii) and R.S. 30:2057(B)(5)(c), relative to the regulation of burning of vegetable matter and flammable materials in certain parishes when the fire danger rating for the parish is high or is predicted to be high.La.
