Section XXV-135 - ProhibitionsA. A pest control operator shall not engage in any phase of structural pest control work for which he is not specifically licensed by the commission.B. No person engaged in the sale of products for the eradication of household pests or wood-destroying insects shall demonstrate such products by applying the products to the premises of a customer without first obtaining a license from the commission.C. No examination for licensure will be given if the applicant is not eligible for licensure on the basis of education and/or experience.D. No person shall assign a registered licensee\employee to perform structural pest control work in any phase for which he is not licensed or registered.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXV-135
