Section I-905 - Board Vice-ChairmanA. The board member other than the chairman with the longest continuous service on the board shall be its vice-chairman.B. Whenever the chairman is absent, the vice-chairman shall preside. If the chairman has been recused from consideration of a case, the vice-chairman will assume the chairman's duties in relation to that case.C.
